Three Collective is searching for an artist, gamer, chef, podcaster, musician to activate amenities in the vibrant community

FALLS CHURCH, Va., March 17, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Three Collective (3co) is currently seeking passionate creators to activate the community’s amenities in exchange for a year-long residency. Three Collective, a unique apartment community in Falls Church, is designed to cultivate connection and creativity among a suite of community-focused amenities including a recording studio, gaming center, an exhibition kitchen, an art studio, and more.

“3co was designed to be a launching pad where great ideas are born and raised. Our ‘activators’ help bring our community together to collaborate, stimulate, and support one another,” said Three Collective General Manager Brian Quander. “Our area has been deeply impacted by the shake up in federal agencies and this residency opportunity would be a great way to help someone start over and pursue their personal passion.”

3co is looking for the following activators:

In exchange for activating the amenities with events and creating social media content, the community will provide the activator with a free apartment for one year.
